Angela Williams is a Senior Research Partner at Felton Willis. With over 15 years’ qualitative research experience, Angela is a visionary with a heartfelt approach. She is uniquely suited to qualitative marketing research with her background in journalism and advertising, along with a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology and training in Chinese metaphysics. Angela easily and quickly establishes rapport with respondents, skillfully asking meaningful questions. She has a gift for identifying and synthesizing themes and patterns that lead to deep insight and understanding the complex nature of things.
Angela began her career in advertising where she managed a number of accounts that involved new product launches, brand re-vitalization and sustaining campaigns in the consumer and business-to-business sector for clients like the H.J. Heinz Company and Procter & Gamble. She has work in a multitude of industries: eye care to energy, personal care to pet care, banking to energy, and many more.
From research design through project management and final recommendations, Angela partners with her clients to understand their business challenges and competitive landscape. That understanding allows her to develop a perspective that lets her draw from her diverse experience in a variety of industries and quickly adapt to changing research dynamics.
